  • It does not promise fixes from unsupported logs or replace professional judgment.
  • It does not publish unverified customer results.
Service delivery and refund boundary

All purchases are for digital software access or generated analysis reports. Reports are informational only and should not be treated as professional mechanical, legal, emissions, or safety certification advice. Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles comply with applicable laws and manufacturer requirements.

One credit is consumed when a complete supported diagnosis report is delivered. Delivered diagnoses are generally non-refundable, except duplicate charges, failed delivery, unsafe output, or rights required by law. Refunds or disputes after report delivery pause new diagnoses for billing review.

Subscription credits expire at billing-period end. Separately purchased Single Log and Extra credits remain separate. Checkout mode follows the server Stripe key mode and launch gate.
